AMY KLUNZINGER

Amy has a strong passion for fitness, yoga and helping others gain overall wellness as a lifestyle. She has been a Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor for over 15 years and began teaching yoga three years ago. She is a certified AFAA Personal Trainer, Mad Dogg Spin Instructor, 200-hour Yoga Instructor, and Kidding Around Yoga Instructor. She is also a Holistic Nutritionist and Wellness Coach. Amy enjoys hiking, fishing, biking, golfing, yoga, photography, travel and being in nature. SAGE ELLISON

Sage is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine as well as a certified and active group fitness instructor. He tailors his programs to meet clients’ specific goals. He teaches fundamental concepts to provide clients with a foundation that they can carry into a lifetime of personal fitness. Sage has worked with all ages, body types, genders, and fitness levels, making him a great fit for anyone looking to start or enhance their fitness journey. In high school, Sage loved football, wrestling, and weight lifting. Since graduating, Sage has dove headfirst into all things fitness and loves helping them become the best version of themselves. ERIC SEBASTIAN

Eric has always been super active his whole life, from basketball through high school and college, to snowboarding and everything in between. His passion for health and fitness has always been there since the beginning, but loves sharing knowledge and helping people transform their lives even more. He has his personal training/nutrition certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, as well as teaching kickboxing for several years. Eric believes that getting bored with your workouts is a major factor to losing motivation, which is why he is constantly thinking outside of the box and introducing new exercises that are not common to most people. “There are benefits to having a lot of tools and variety when it comes to achieving your goals.”

 
 

FAITH LUCHT

Fitness has always been a part of Faith’s life. She grew up working out and playing sports from middle school all the way up until now. Strengthening, conditioning, and nurturing her body has always been a huge part of her life, and she wants to bring that to the table for others. Faith was able to incorporate her passion for exercise and her love for people into a career. She has been a Personal Trainer since 2020 and has worked with a variety of clientele. She is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and has her Level 1 in CrossFit. Faith loves motivating and committing to reaching the desired goals of her clients.
